The Turkish bath-Amam was built during the time of the Turks in the 15th century, on the foundations that date back to the time of Roman rule in this Area. It has been renovated three times, has a museum value, and is under State protection. It is located in the center of Sokobanja and was renovated several times in order that its immense historical value, tourist attractiveness, health, and recreational functionality can be preserved. The first time it was renovated by Prince Miloš Obrenovic in 1834 who often stayed here. A special bathtub that was built just for him is still in use today as wellness centre. Due to the authenticity, a part of the film "Zona Zamfirova"; was shot in this bathroom.
