The primary focus in the application of relaxation massage is general relaxation of the entire body and enjoyment. Different names for relaxation massage (classic or Swedish) refer to the same method of work: gentle and soft movements are particularly felt in areas of the body where tension is present, allowing the client to focus and experience the relaxation of individual muscles.

Although the benefits for the body are more pronounced when a full-body massage is performed, partial massages (head/neck/face/shoulder area/back/legs/feet) will bring significant relief for acute issues.
